Long travel rear shocks allow so much axle drop out that the coil spring can often fall below conventional dislocation cones and subsequently fail to relocate.
These specially designed relocation cones catch the last coil of the spring so preventing the spring from fully dislocating.

Defender/Discovery Axle Relocation Cone Rear

Accommodating extra-long travel suspension our, inverse spring relocation cones give the maximum effectiveness for axle flex.
Designed to fit on the axle, these Axle Relocation Cones allow for complete dislocation of the spring without affecting performance. Vital equipment for the most extreme terrain ensures the springs relocate back in the upper spring seats after dislocating under full suspension articulation.

Use with longer travel shocks or lowered shock mounts.
