CAN YOU FIT MY ITEM FOR ME?

We can offer a fitting service to take the stress out of fitting your new product, however we do not offer a mobile fitting service so you will need to travel to our premises for the item to be fitted to your vehicle.

CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM FROM YOUR PREMISES?

Of course, you can purchase and pick up items from our accessible factory. Please remember to call ahead to ensure the parts you require are in stock. Tel: 01527 830552.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM BUILT BUMPERS?

We can offer custom/bespoke designs and colors.
Contact us to let us know your requirements, and our friendly team will be more than happy to make your dream bumper a reality.
We have a fully equipped fabrication workshop, and as we manufacture everything on our premises, we can fabricate almost anything you need to style and protect your Land Rover for the latest off-road adventure.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ITEM?

Patience is a virtue!

Honestly, we understand that when you see something you love, you want it stat! 

If we have an item in stock, we will dispatch it as soon as we see your order so you could have it as fast as next-day delivery, but we usually expect delivery between 1-3 days. Of course this could vary. If you live in Australia and we have it in stock, it will, still take a good few days longer.

For pre order items, the wait time could be up to 14 days, but we promise to keep you informed of any delays and check that you are happy to wait that long.

For custom design and special orders, the wait time could be significantly longer; we will prepare an ETA when you provide information on customisations.

I DO NOT SEE MY COUNTRY FOR DELIVERY, CAN YOU SEND MY ITEM?

Yes, we can deliver to most countries worldwide, but sometimes, we are unable to deliver to certain countries due to courier limitations. If you see an item you want, contact our friendly team, and we will do our best to help you.

We generate shipping quotes based on the address information you give us, so we can get the best available price for you.

THE WRONG ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT DO I DO?

We have systems in place to make sure you get what you order in fabulous condition, but mistakes can happen.


If you do receive an incorrect item, simply give our friendly team a call on 01527 830552, and we will do our very best to rectify the situation as soon as we can.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We take every care that the product is well packaged for delivery and select carriers that advertise themselves as specialists in irregular freight.

If goods are damaged in transit this must be recorded in writing at the time of receipt. Call our friendly team on 01527 830552 to make us aware of damage so we can resolve this swiftly.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the carriers proof of delivery has been signed for as received for in good condition. Please check carefully.

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, WHAT DO I DO?

Should you wish to cancel your order then please let us know as soon as possible by calling 01527 830552 and send written notice to us not earlier than the time when the contract was concluded and not later than 7 (seven) working days following the day that the goods were received in one of the following ways:

Special orders. Any goods ordered on behalf or on the instructions of a customer that are not stock items or in quantities over normal stock levels cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Surcharges

For Special order cancellations there will be subject to a 50% surcharge.

All returns must be received in good condition at our premises. Goods returned with damaged or incomplete packaging maybe refused return or subject to a surcharge. Any goods that have been fitted or altered in
any way will not be accepted.

Returns must be adequately wrapped and at least as well protected as it was sent by us originally.

Items inadequately protected/wrapped will not be accepted for return, or a charge may be made to rectify. Please be aware it is your responsibility to make sure the items are returned to us in good condition.

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If you wish to return an item or have been sent a broken / incorrect item then please contact the sales team.

Goods will be returned at your own cost, and you are responsible for the condition on return.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation then any sums paid by you will be reimbursed within 30 days (other than our costs if we have to recover the costs from you). Where you do cancel your order, you are
under a duty (until the goods are returned to us or collected by us) to retain possession of them and to take reasonable care of them. Goods must be returned to us in ‘as-new’ condition, otherwise restocking / refurbishment costs may be incurred.

Where you cancel your order the goods may either be:

Returned to us at your cost; or if requested, collected from you at your cost. Your right to cancel does not apply to custom made items where the item was supplied in accordance with your specifications.

WHAT SORT OF WARRANTY DO I GET?

Every product we sell comes with 1 year warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove and replace faulty parts from a vehicle and return them to our distribution centre, more information can be found on our T&C page.
