Warranty

1. All goods supplied by AJS Fabrications Ltd. are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exclusions

(1) ordinary wear and usage;
(2) non-observance of installation and/or maintenance instructions provided by AJS Fabrications;
(3) abuse, improper storage, handling, use, or neglect of the product
(4) unauthorized modifications made to the product;
(5) any equipment or materials furnished by the buyer or any third party (other than AJS Fabrications or any contractor or supplier of AJS Fabrications);
(6) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or damage that does not affect the functionality of the product;
(7) unsuitable power sources or environmental conditions;
(8) any other cause not the fault of AJS Fabrications.

Returns

We offer a 30 days Return Policy. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the condition the items are retuned in. Full Refunds will be issued, providing the product is still in an unused condition and found to be defective and not fit for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer

Please note that all our WILDBEAR™ products are not designed for highway use and are, intended for off-road use only. AJS Fabrications Ltd. accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death caused by misuse or incorrect fitting of parts or products.

Colours

Please allow for a delay in shipping due to the powder coating process when ordering an item in one of our non-standard colour options. Although the colours are industrial powder, they are not necessarily architectural powders, and as such, the finish may not last quite as long. We can not accept returns on special colour items.

 
Global Shipping

We ship globally except for certain countries due to constrictions beyond our control. For more information on this please, Contact Us. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your shopping cart contents. If the shipping quote is acceptable, we will cancel the order at no cost to you. 
If you're ordering outside of the UK, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. AJS Fabrications & Wildbear has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Club Discounts

We do offer discounts for certain clubs. Contact your club secretary or the club's Facebook page for more information or the discount code. 

If you are a club administrator, Get in touch to enquire about the discounts and codes available.

 

Promotional Discount Codes

  • Codes are valid until six months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on Wildbear products.

  • Discount Codes are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only. If the item cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of purchase.

  •  Discount Codes are not valid on discounted items or in conjunction with any special promotion.

  • Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.

  • We are not responsible if a Discount Code is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

  • Only one Discount Code can be used per transaction.

  • Discount Codes cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.

  • Discount Codes will be emailed to the email address provided at the point of feedback, please PM the page or email your email address to enquiries@wildbear4x4.com

  • Discount Codes can be redeemed on our online website, by phone or in person only. There is no option for email redemption. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher.

  • Vouchers/Discount Codes can not be used on eBay purchases, if you see an item on eBay you require, please contact us directly to purchase.
